In 2018, the first “International Meeting on Teachers Education” (IMTE) took place at the University of Cologne from on the 4th and the 5th of October 2018. Its objective was to establish contacts and develop ideas for cooperation in the field of teacher education, such as the initiation of an exchange at the level of postgraduates or others.

It was realized as an strategy meeting and invited were various universities from different European countries with existing cooperations with the University of Cologne in the field of teacher education or other forms of contact.

The aim of this meeting is to discuss all relevant questions regarding the content and structure of the upcoming conference.
